Recently, I had the privilege of creating editorial-style floral arrangements for the sweetest couple, Zoey and Hunter's wedding, and it was a day that perfectly captured elegance, beauty, and vision. This post shares insights from that experience and offers inspiration for brides who value artistry and thoughtful design.





Crafting Elegance Through Floral Design


Zoey and Hunter's wedding was held in September at Vidlak Family Vineyard, a stunning property in the Applegate Valley in Oregon. The couple chose an elegant design with the bridesmaids wearing fall-inspired dresses, which helped the green and white floral color palette to really make a statement.

Zoey's bouquet was full of different elements and textures that created movement with lovely and elegant white calla lilies, white scabiosa, white delphinium, and white ranunculus, as well as cascading elements with green hanging Amaranthus.


Elegance in wedding florals comes from a balance of simplicity and detail. For this wedding, the design focused on the soft, timeless colors of ivory, and muted greens. These hues create a refined palette that complements many wedding themes without overwhelming the setting.






This is one of my favorite venues in our area. It is a beautiful, impeccably cared-for estate, and boasts stunning views of the mountains as well as the most serene pond complete with cascading waterfalls. The owners are some of the best people and truly want to create an unforgettable experience for their couples.
